Arizona Mortgage Brokers is located in the Scottsdale Airpark, Scottsdale, AZ. Scottsdale Mortgage & Investment Corp. Inc. was formed in 1997 and it is wholly owned by Derrell and Judi Parrish. Derrell Parrish who has been an Arizona Mortgage Broker since 1986. Derrell Parrish has also held a Real Estate Brokers License in Arizona since 1976 and until going into lending full time was a commercial specialist.

For the benefit of our community: We are also try to be good neighbors: If you need a foreclosure service, or a Real estate lawyer, or an amortization schedule or want to know where you can put your IRA, 401, 403 or other self directed retirement plan that will let you invest in real estate, please let us know and we will give you a list of the people we know. If you are a residential lender and have nonconforming request please call or e-mail us.

Tip: Always use Escrow, Always get Title insurance and Always, Always have a Collection Account no matter if you are Borrower, Lender, Seller or Buyer. Always use a licensed Broker who has something at risk (their license and bond). There are some barracuda's out there, when in doubt get a second opinion.
